- Payment and Shipment Terms

During product ordering the customers should specify the correct shipping address for delivery of ordered products. Matsyafed will arrange the delivery to specified shipping address and we are not responsible for any inconvenience due to errors/omissions in the shipping address entered by customer.
Matsyafed will deliver the products only within the prefixed delivery location limits. If the customer location is beyond the prefixed limit of delivery then customer should collect the products from the location given at the time of ordering.
A delivery charge may be applicable for all/any orders as per the rules of Matsyafed.
Check product carefully before placing orders. Placed orders are a commitment that you are bound to the conditions specified on the website www.matsyafedfreshmeen.com on products and sale in the product description.
Images displayed on the website are taken previously. Size, colour, texture etc. of the products may be changed according to the seasonal conditions and Matsyafed is not responsible for the above.
You agree and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you for placing transactions is valid and genuine and payment transactions are subjected to policy terms of the concerned bank. In case if the payment is not clear, Matsyafed has the right to cancel the order without any prior consent.
Matsyafed will always ensure the quality of the products we deliver. In case of any inconveniences caused due to external/technical reason, please inform our customer care cell specifying the grievances and we will take necessary actions to resolve the same.
For getting delivery on a particular time slot, the customer should place his/her order at least 2 hrs before the delivery time slot begins. Express delivery option is available for customers those who prefer immediate delivery but which may be subject to express delivery charges.

- Order Cancellation
A customer can cancel the ordered products 2 hrs (Two hours) before his/her delivery time slot begins. Matsyafed reserves the right to cancel the order at any time without prior notice if any fraud/security breach is found.
- Size Policy
Weights of the final delivered products are subject to the following conditions. For products delivered, there may be excess in quantity since it is hard to maintain the exact weight on the final product. If the excess quantity is up to the limit of 50gm Matsyafed will bear the cost of excess quantity and if the excess weight is beyond the allowed limit of 50gm then the customer will be liable to pay 5% of the price extra for the delivered product. If the delivered product is found less weight than the ordered quantity, Matsyafed will find a solution to resolve the issue.
